CIRCULAR FOR 1ST KIDS DISTRICT ATHLETICS CHAMPIONSHIP, 2024 HELD AT CRA COLLEGE ON 1ST DECEMBER, 2024

Subject:- 1st Sonipat District Kids Athletics Championships .

Dear Sir/ Madam,

  I am pleased to inform you that 1st Sonipat district Kids Athletics Championships. is scheduled to be held at CRA College, Sonipat on 1st of December 2024. 

Championships & Eligibility Details: 

This championship is only for the players of Sonipat, no player or school outside Sonipat can participate in it.

1.             The Athletes belonging to the under 12 years Boys, Under 12 years Girls, Under 10 years Boys, Under 10 years Girls, Under 8 years Boys and Under 8 years Girls, can take part in this competition.

2.             The entries should be submitted “ONLINE” on Sonipat Athletics Website directly by the individual athlete from 16 November to 28 November 2024. Entries sent by the mode other than “ONLINE” will not be accepted. In other words, no manual entry will be accepted. 

 3. Entry Fee of INR 200/- per Event will have to be paid online along with entry through Sonipat Athletics website/Entry portal (www.sonipatathletics.in).  Last date for receipt of Entries is 28 November 2024. The entry fee paid is non-refundable, hence athletes are advised to submit the entries only if they are sure about their participation. The entry fee for the Relay race will be ₹400 and only school teams can participate in it. No entries other than the school will be accepted.

4. An athlete may participate in three individual events (one track and two field events, or one field and two track events), along with both relay events as part of the team. 

Reckoning of Age for Athletes: 

Under 12 Years - Born between:  16-12-2012 to 15-12-2014 

Under 10 Years - Born between:  16-12-2014 to 15-12-2016

Under 8 Years - Born between:   16-12-2016 to 15-12-2018

Medals, Certificates: 

Medal ceremony will be organized after the event and each player standing First

Second Third in his/ her event will be given a medal and certificate. Certificates of participation will be later distributed and you can collect it from CRA college. Top 3 players will participate in upcoming Haryana state kids athletics championship on 14-15 december,2024.

 Sonipat Athletics or Organizing Unit will not be held responsible directly or indirectly for any loss of life/damage/illness/injury in connection to participation in 1st Sonipat District Kids Athletics Championships 2024. All Athletes/officials/vendors have to participate on their own risk.

मुझे आपको यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि 1ST  सोनीपत जिला किड्स एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप 1 दिसंबर 2024 को सीआरए कॉलेज, सोनीपत में आयोजित की जाएगी।

चैंपियनशिप और पात्रता विवरण:

 यह चैंपियनशिप केवल सोनीपत के खिलाड़ियों के लिए है, सोनीपत के बाहर का कोई भी खिलाड़ी या स्कूल इसमें भाग नहीं ले सकता है।

1. 12 वर्ष से कम आयु के लड़के, 12 वर्ष से कम आयु की लड़कियां, 10 वर्ष से कम आयु के लड़के, 10 वर्ष से कम आयु की लड़कियां, 8 वर्ष से कम आयु के लड़के और 8 वर्ष से कम आयु की लड़कियां इस प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले सकती हैं।

2. प्रविष्टियाँ व्यक्तिगत एथलीट द्वारा सीधे सोनीपत एथलेटिक्स वेबसाइट पर 16 नवंबर से 28 नवंबर 2024 तक “ऑनलाइन” जमा की जानी चाहिए। “ऑनलाइन” के अलावा किसी अन्य तरीके से भेजी गई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएंगी। दूसरे शब्दों में, कोई भी मैन्युअल प्रविष्टि स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

3. सोनीपत एथलेटिक्स वेबसाइट/एंट्री पोर्टल (www.sonipatathletics.in) के माध्यम से प्रवेश के साथ-साथ प्रति इवेंट 200 रुपये का प्रवेश शुल्क ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा। प्रविष्टियाँ प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 28 नवंबर 2024 है। भुगतान किया गया प्रवेश शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा, इसलिए एथलीटों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे प्रविष्टियाँ तभी जमा करें जब वे अपनी भागीदारी के बारे में सुनिश्चित हों। रिले रेस के लिए प्रवेश शुल्क ₹400 होगा और इसमें केवल स्कूल की टीमें ही भाग ले सकती हैं। स्कूल के अलावा कोई भी प्रविष्टि स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी। 

4. एक एथलीट तीन व्यक्तिगत इवेंट्स में भाग ले सकता है (एक ट्रैक और दो फील्ड इवेंट्स, या एक फील्ड और दो ट्रैक इवेंट्स), साथ ही टीम के हिस्से के रूप में दोनों रिले इवेंट्स में भी भाग ले सकता है। 

एथलीटों के लिए आयु की गणना:

12 वर्ष से कम - जन्म: 16-12-2012 से 15-12-2014 के बीच

10 वर्ष से कम - जन्म: 16-12-2014 से 15-12-2016 के बीच

8 वर्ष से कम - जन्म: 16-12-2016 से 15-12-2018 के बीच

पदक, प्रमाण पत्र:

इवेंट के बाद पदक समारोह आयोजित किया जाएगा और अपने इवेंट में प्रथम ,द्वितीय या तृतीय स्थान पर आने वाले प्रत्येक खिलाड़ी को पदक और प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा। भागीदारी के प्रमाण पत्र बाद में वितरित किए जाएंगे और आप इसे CRA कॉलेज से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। शीर्ष 3 खिलाड़ी आगामी 14-15 दिसंबर, 2024 को हरियाणा राज्य बाल एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप में भाग लेंगे।

अस्वीकरण:

सोनीपत एथलेटिक्स या आयोजन इकाई को प्रथम सोनीपत जिला बाल एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप 2024 में भाग लेने के संबंध में किसी भी तरह की जान/क्षति/बीमारी/चोट के लिए प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जाएगा। सभी एथलीट/अधिकारी/विक्रेताओं को अपने जोखिम पर भाग लेना होगा।
