  I am pleased to inform you that 11th Sonipat District Junior Athletics Championships and 13th Sonipat District Senior Athletics Championship is scheduled to be held at Sports Stadium Sector 4, Sonipat on 2nd  AUGUST 2026 .   

Championships & Eligibility Details:   

This championship is only for the players of Sonipat, no player outside of Sonipat can participate in it.  

1.              The Athletes belonging to the Senior men, women , under 20 years Boys, Under 20 years Girls, Under 18 years Boys, Under 18 years Girls, Under 16 years Boys, Under 16 years girls, under 14 boys and under 14 girls can take part in this competition.  

2.              The entries should be submitted “ONLINE” on Sonipat Athletics Website directly by the individual athlete from 21 July to 28 July 2026. Entries sent by the mode other than “ONLINE” will not be accepted. In other words, no manual entry will be accepted.   

3.              Entry Fee of INR 300/- per Event will have to be paid online along with entry through Sonipat Athletics website/Entry portal (www.sonipatathletics.in).  Last date for receipt of Entries is 28 July 2026. The entry fee paid is non-refundable, hence athletes are advised to submit the entries only if they are sure about their participation.

4.              Reckoning of Age for Junior Athletes:  

Under 20 Years - Born between 17-09-2006 & 16-09-2008

Under 18 Years - Born between 17-09-2008 & 16-09-2010

Under 16 Years - Born between 17-09-2010 & 16-09-2012

Under 14 Years - Born between 17-09-2012 & 16-09-2014

There is no age reckoning for senior category men and women participants. 

Medals, Certificates:   

Medal ceremony will be organized after the event and each player standing First, Second and Third in his/ her event will be given a medal and certificate. Certificates of participation will be distributed and you can collect it at the venue.

मुझे आपको यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि 11वीं सोनीपत जिला जूनियर एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप और 13वीं सोनीपत जिला सीनियर एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप 2 अगस्त 2026 को स्पोर्ट्स स्टेडियम सेक्टर 4, सोनीपत में आयोजित होने वाली है।

चैंपियनशिप और पात्रता विवरण:

यह चैंपियनशिप केवल सोनीपत के खिलाड़ियों के लिए है, सोनीपत के बाहर का कोई भी खिलाड़ी इसमें भाग नहीं ले सकता।

1. सीनियर पुरुष, महिला, 20 वर्ष से कम आयु के लड़के, 20 वर्ष से कम आयु की लड़कियां, 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के लड़के, 18 वर्ष से कम आयु की लड़कियां, 16 वर्ष से कम आयु के लड़के, 16 वर्ष से कम आयु की लड़कियां, 14 वर्ष से कम आयु के लड़के और 14 वर्ष से कम आयु की लड़कियां इस प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले सकती हैं।

2. प्रविष्टियाँ व्यक्तिगत एथलीट द्वारा सोनीपत एथलेटिक्स वेबसाइट पर 21 जुलाई से 28 जुलाई 2026 तक सीधे "ऑनलाइन" जमा की जानी चाहिए। "ऑनलाइन" के अलावा किसी अन्य माध्यम से भेजी गई प्रविष्टियाँ स्वीकार नहीं की जाएँगी। दूसरे शब्दों में, कोई भी मैन्युअल प्रविष्टि स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

3. प्रति इवेंट 300 रुपये का प्रवेश शुल्क सोनीपत एथलेटिक्स वेबसाइट/प्रवेश पोर्टल (www.sonipatathletics.in) के माध्यम से प्रविष्टि के साथ ऑनलाइन भुगतान करना होगा। प्रविष्टियाँ प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 28जुलाई 2026 है। भुगतान किया गया प्रवेश शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा, इसलिए एथलीटों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे प्रविष्टियाँ तभी जमा करें जब वे अपनी भागीदारी के बारे में आश्वस्त हों।

4. जूनियर एथलीटों के लिए आयु गणना:

Under 20 Years - Born between 17-09-2006 & 16-09-2008

Under 18 Years - Born between 17-09-2008 & 16-09-2010

Under 16 Years - Born between 17-09-2010 & 16-09-2012

पुरुष और महिला प्रतिभागियों के लिए कोई आयु गणना नहीं है।

पदक, प्रमाण पत्र:

कार्यक्रम के बाद पदक समारोह आयोजित किया जाएगा और अपने स्पर्धा में प्रथम, द्वितीय और तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले प्रत्येक खिलाड़ी को एक पदक और प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया जाएगा। भागीदारी प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किए जाएँगे और आप इन्हें आयोजन स्थल से प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

अस्वीकरण:

सोनीपत एथलेटिक्स या आयोजन इकाई 11वीं सोनीपत जिला जूनियर और 13वीं सीनियर एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप 2026 में भाग लेने के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की जीवन हानि/क्षति/बीमारी/चोट के लिए प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से उत्तरदायी नहीं होगी। सभी एथलीटों/अधिकारियों/विक्रेताओं को अपने जोखिम पर भाग लेना होगा।
